The project has a total budget of 16 million SEK.

Vinnova - Sweden's Innovation Agency

The main financier of the project is Vinnova. With the call Challenge-driven Innovation Vinnova aims to work long-term in solving social challenges in order to contribute to the sustainability goals in Agenda 2030. Prehospital resource optimization is a so-called step 2 collaboration project, where the focus is to develop and test the solution that we previously developed in step 1 initialization. In the future we will aim for a step 3 implementation.

Cofinancing

All Project partners contributes with cofinancing part of their involvement. 
Region Västerbotten funds with 530 000 SEK.
Region Norrbotten funds with 450 000 SEK.
Region Västernorrland funds with 500 000 SEK.

SOS Alarm funds with 825 000 SEK.

Justification: The project complies with the priority area 1.4 Digital Solutions for Increasing Welfare and Efficiency in the Regional Development Strategy (RUS). The project is in line with the focus areas for smart specialization - Digital Smart Services Industry, and Innovations in Health Care.

Region Norrbotten 

Justification: The project complies with the focus area and priority area Research & Development and innovations according to the Regional Development Strategy (RUS). The project is granted as it is in line with the priority measures in the regional development strategy for attractive habitats, as well as innovation and renewal. The project contributes to increased investment in innovation within the public sector.

Region Västernorrland 

Justification: The project has a clear link with the regional development strategy's focus area on innovation capacity as the driving force and action plan for innovation. The project complies with the established sustainability criteria of the County Council of Västernorrland.
